Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 300 grams (without skin, washed, diced)
- Milk yogurt: a glass
- Tomato sauce : a tablespoon
- Olive oil : a tablespoon
- Cumin: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Salt : as desired
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon (ground)
- Paprika : a quarter teaspoon
- Dried coriander : a quarter teaspoon
- Dried thyme : half a teaspoon
Method of preparation
- In a bowl, mix sour milk with tomato sauce, olive oil, cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, coriander and dry thyme.
- Put the chicken pieces in the marinade for at least two hours.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and skewer the chicken cubes on wooden skewers.
- Grill the chicken kebab on the coals from all sides and serve hot on your trip.
