Ingredients
- Pasta: packaging (your favorite type)
- Chicken breast: 2 breasts (boneless and skinless, sliced)
- Cajun spices : two teaspoons
- Butter: two tablespoons
- Red pepper: 1 piece(sliced)
- Green pepper: 1 piece(sliced)
- Mushrooms: a glass (washed and filtered cut)
- Green onions: chopstick (chopped)
- Cream: a glass (liquid)
- Dry basil : a quarter teaspoon
- Black pepper : a quarter of a teaspoon
- Salt : a quarter teaspoon
- Garlic powder : a quarter teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese: a quarter cup (grated)
Method of preparation
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and set aside.
- Mix the chicken and Cajun spices well so that the chicken is covered.
- Heat the butter in a wide frying pan over the fire, add the marinated chicken and stir until it becomes soft and golden (it needs from 7 -10 minutes).
- Add red and green peppers, mushrooms and green onions to the chicken, stir for 3 minutes, then reduce the heat.
- Add cream, dried basil, pepper, salt, garlic powder and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Add the boiled pasta, stir until the ingredients are crispy and leave the mixture on the fire for another 5 minutes.
- Spread the Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
